Lion Business Co. Terms of Service & User Agreement
1. Introduction
Lion Business Consultancy Limited (trading as Lion Business Co., “we”, “us” or “our”) is a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands and registered in Hong Kong. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.lionbusinessco.com), any mobile versions or related services we provide (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”). By using the Site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site.

6. Service‐Specific Terms – Bank Account Opening Assistance
The following additional terms apply to our Bank Account Opening Service. In the event of any conflict between this section and other provisions, this section prevails.
6.1 Scope of Service

We assist clients in opening a bank account by providing guidance, preparing required documentation and submitting applications on their behalf. We act as an intermediary and are not a bank. Final approval of the account is at the sole discretion of the chosen bank, and we have no influence over the bank’s decision.

We will manage the application process and communicate with the bank where necessary. Timelines vary depending on the bank’s requirements and may be extended if additional documents or compliance checks are needed.
6.2 Service Fees & Payment Terms

Service fees cover our human resource costs and any external costs incurred during the application process. Fees do not include bank deposits, bank charges, or certification costs that may be required by the bank.
6.3 Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information and documentation necessary for the application. Inaccurate or incomplete submissions may result in delays or rejection by the bank.

You agree to comply with the regulations and policies of the chosen bank.
6.4 Refund Policy (Bank Account Opening Service)

Bank-initiated rejection: If the bank rejects or stops the process after pre-approval, the full service fee minus any down payment will be refunded. This does not apply if the rejection is due to your failure to provide accurate or complete information (see “Client Responsibilities”).

Client-initiated cancellation: If you cancel the service or remain unresponsive for more than ten (10) business days after pre-approval, no refund will be issued.
6.5 Limitation of Liability (Bank Account Opening Service)

Lion Business Co. will not be liable for any lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the Bank Account Opening Service.
6.6 Other Services
For all other services offered by Lion Business Co., payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Payment and Fees
Any fees, pricing or payment terms displayed on the Site are for reference only and may be subject to change. We will confirm the applicable fee before we commence a service. You are responsible for paying all fees and any applicable taxes or charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lion Business Co. excludes all representations and warranties and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or Services. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or free from viruses. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Lion Business Co. against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes relating to them are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands and Hong Kong. You agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands and Hong Kong. You are responsible for compliance with local laws if you access the Site from outside these jurisdictions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on our Site and indicate the date of revision. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
